Dr. Catherine Lotrionte sat on a recent panel of experts discussing the "Cyber ShockWave" simulation hosted by the Bipartisan Policy Center last February. This panel advised lawmakers and key staffers on the ramifications of the simulation and answered questions about possible steps forward to secure the American cyber domain. Former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff as well as Former Assistant Secretary for Policy at DHS Stewart Baker also highlighted the need for greater study in this area.
The Institute for Law, Science, and Global Security has been an active contributor to these efforts and will continue to provide policy and legal guidance in the coming months. More information about "Cyber ShockWave" can be found here.
