On November 8, Prof. Lotrionte spoke at a symposium on cyber warfare and the current legal regime, held at American University's Washington College of Law. Specifically, she spoke on the panel entitled "Is Domestic Legislation Sufficient Tool to Battle Foreign Attacks? An Analysis of the Efficacy of Domestic Cyber Security Legislation," which sought to examine the effectiveness of current U.S. domestic law and the necessity of additional regulatory measures.
