Legal Literature Review

The Project on Nonproliferation Policy and Law will publish quarterly legal literature reviews to make the latest legal thought concerning nonproliferaiton and arms control more readily available to the government policymaking and NGO communities.  Each quarter, the Project will provide detailed summaries of pertinent law review articles available on its website and for download.  By identifying relevant articles and distilling the legal arguments and policy recommendations down to a one-page précis, the Law for Laypersons project will make accessing legal literature a less time-consuming endeavor.

The précis provided endeavor to maintain the depth and nuance of the legal arguments advanced in the original article and are not intended to explain general legal principles to the reader.
