Skating on Stilts
The Institute for Law, Science, and Global Security co-hosted a book launch with the Center for Peace and Security Studies in order to discuss Stewart Baker's "Skating on Stilts" and the increasing role of cybersecurity in policy-making today.
The event took place on September 23, 2010 at Georgetown's ICC Auditorium.
